From the plethora of threads on the evils of religion, some even acknowledged by a theist or two, I am amazed at the results of this post and the back-stepping that has taken place.
I will elaborate. I do not care if someone believes in a sky-daddy. The problem is two people then make a religion of it and start spreading it into what we all know and have seen or read about today and through out history.
It has no social redeeming factors whatsoever.
The poll was about religion and did not specify an individuals right to believe in fairies, Santa Clause or a sky-daddy.
