Well, I would probably suggest you get out of the house, put down the cheetos and the tv remote and get some sun and some exercise. Simply for your own sake.
But I was more suggesting that, to a woman this miserable, these activities must be the most she has to look forward to. Otherwise, why all of this pent up aggression toward people who have done her no wrong?
It's purely anecdotal, but I've found that the angriest, most bitter folks are lonely, have terrible social skills, few friends, if any, and very few, if any, outlets for creativity or purpose (hobbies and the like).
So I wasn't commenting solely on tv and junk food... Hell, I'm doing that right now
