So were Stalin, Hitler, and Rush Limbaugh. If you're a member of a national parliament or a Nobel laureate yourself, or a member of a few other catagories, you can nominate anyone you like.

I admire Ms. Abrams very much, but this isn't a 'kick ass' moment for her. It means someone submitted a letter on her behalf.
