Breakthrough technologies?!!! Imagine being so dumb that you look the world around you and you think how all that technology must have fallen from the sky.
Also why do army and navy have all the answers about UFOs?
One general(?) claimed that lots of stuff had been retro-engineered alien technology. Like night vision. The scientists and techs who actually developed night vision showed the step-by-step development of that gear.
