*for novel definitions of "spirituality" and "god" that are conceived of without a god, spirit, or animating force of any kind. It's naturalism, after all.
It's called religious naturalism for it's religious content, not it's theistic or even supernatural content. It's not a requirement of a religion, that it be theistic.
The claim in this regard is only that some x about energy and matter reminds him of his god concept. He's provided you evidence of possessing a god concept...by the simple act of describing one. In this case, as energy-and-matter-alike. Whats silly about noticing that his god concept, which exists, is similar to his energy and matter concept, which exists?
