That court isn't. The vast majority are still protected. You can still hand a kid a rattlesnake and a jar of poison. You can still deny a minor a blood transfusion, christian scientists can still "pray away" sickness just about everywhere else. That case became what it was because they had an actual epidemic of nastiness. They decided that the protections where no longer appropriate given what the religious were doing with them. So have I. Across the board. They have, in effect, banned a hugely important chunk of these peoples religions. In fact, it will be impossible to practice their faith openly now. No one is defending them?
