One of my sons bought a smoker big enough to smoke a turkey in. Maybe turkey day main course can be handed over to him!

When I do a proper roast it has the above along with carrots, cauliflower in a cheese sauce, and followed by a pavlova with whippedcream and strawberries.
I don’t do it often but it’s gooooood!
