Rough stuff. My husband's grandmother was on a downhill slide for many years before she finally succumbed. At first she seemed to know that things weren't right with her brain. She was actually fairly young when it started.
People like you who can work with dementia patients and hospice workers are amazing people. I don't know how you do it.
