Who cleans up after the droolers in heaven?
Why is it a reward to spend eternity as a mindless husk? No fair doing a respawn to earlier in life. You is who you is when you die. 
This worries me, because both my parents had ALZ.
And so did my mother. 
You seem to have forgotten about Heaven's Reyouifier.
I deal with the disease daily at my job. I'm a CNA at a nursing home. It's sad what it does to them, and in the end I'm the one who tries to make their lives better before they pass.

I lived with Mom until she got to calling my brother daily and asking who was this man in her house? If you're not trained in dealing with dementia you will have a world of trouble. Mom melted the glass top on my electric range (cooker) and I found out the replacement top was more expensive than the entire range when I bought it. My husband's grandmother was on a downhill slide for many years before she finally succumbed. At first she seemed to know that things weren't right with her brain. She was actually fairly young when it started. People like you who can work with dementia patients and hospice workers are amazing people. I was always told you'd be "more you than you ever were" in heaven. I don't know what that's supposed to mean. If he's going to take out all the parts of me that he doesn't like, leaving only what he approves of, I may as well have alzheimers. I am the combination of all my parts. If you strip away too much, especially without my consent, then it won't be me in heaven. It'll just be a stripped down facsimile that calls itself Chad. That's not what I call a reward.

I just figured that lobotomy's were mandatory in heaven.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
They should be given out on Earth to believers.
