And China also allows the private sector. So the truth is east or west, you still have money involved in politics. 

It is true China has social programs, but they are still Capitalist authoritarian state. I'd say our rich and right here in America masturbate at the prospect of replicating China's model.

That does not mean social programs are bad. What matters is keeping a check on power, and there is no check on a one party state.
