I have often mistaken a friendly response as acceptance. Sometimes those who don't want a relationship with you are polite about their rejection.
Don't get me wrong. Experience shows that also, there are times those you throw your hormones at, do respond. But the reality is, it isn't enough to project your desire for someone.
So, what...when Katie McManus told me, 'Not if you were the last man on Earth AND on fire', that was a rejection??
