Should poor people have kids?

Children are one of the few joys in life that poor people can afford.

My brightest star, the shine in my sorrow eyes. She is in need of a sibling or two. Alas, while we could do it we have to consider the cost of raising children. In my time kids were raised, but this days you will have CPS on your arse for the simplest things. Someone made an anonymous call complaining my daughter wasn't being cared for. The CPCJ came with ghe police to check my conditions. All ok, she is a happy child, well cared for, but someone wants to harm me. It seems I do have enemies.

thats part of risk of having children with a disabled partner. People are more likely to see disabled people as unfit whether or not they have an able bodied partner
