You failed to cite the multitude of examples where mass shooters attacked where armed guards were known to be present.
Why is that?
How's this? There was armed law enforcement there. Does this count? Cops sure did a bang up job stopping that shooter, didn't they?
Also, the previous point still counts: due to the nature of police, they can't really stop these kinds of shootings until AFTER they start. Police don't exactly have the best track record when it comes to pre emptive action against people they think have guns. I mean, just do a youtube search for black men open carrying and you'll get some alarming results; turns out, if your skin is darker than mind, just thinking about a gun seems to be enough for a whole squad of cops to roll up on you, point guns at you, push you to the ground and put you in hand cuffs; second amendment be damned!
