Listen, I understand that persecutors dropped the case and you could have ended your post right there, because the rest of the post looks like a smear campaign from you against that woman. And I don't understand why you are rude like that, Huggy, especially since Kobe himself wrote an apology to her saying that, while he does not believe a rape occurred, a rape may in fact have occurred.
Yeah, the semen thing was a weird add-on, but I do believe the fact that she was seen bragging about the incident makes it much less likely to have been rape. That's not to say it wasn't, but both admitted they had sex, and she appears to have possibly told people it was consensual before pressing charges. Unfortunately, that hurt her case if she was indeed raped.
