Many governments now allow abortion right up until birth without any reason

Even if true irrelevant

A 3rd trimester abortion takes days to prepare and involves big risks

Yup like a lot of medical procedures 

So if a woman wants to abort in the final month or two some clinics have introduced the partial birth abortion method. They wait until the woman is ready to give birth

Then as the head and shoulders start coming out of the vagina they punch a hole in it's head and suck out the babies brains with a tube

To me killing an unborn child is the same as killing a born child, the most innocent human beings

No it's not and even if it were it's irrelevant .And innocence and guilt don't apply to a fetus 

They could adopt the child out instead of killing it

 
That would require forcing the mother to give birth this is unacceptable
