After viability it should be available if the mother's life would be at risk from continuing the pregnancy, if her mental health is under threat, or if there are serious health issues with the foetus.

Well I may get shit for this but here goes.
I'm going to disagree with 20 weeks. The fetus is only "viable" if very extreme measures are taken. These measures have their own negative consequences, and the survivors always have long term, often debilitating, health issues.
If we want to strictly talk about a "no abortion" cut off based on age, from a medical standpoint, 28 to 32 weeks is more rational.
But then I'm a females choice kind of guy, in favor of no fetal age restrictions. Just because medical science "can" do a thing it does not mean it should.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
