Russia wanted to hit the American shale oil industry, but MBS personally jumped in and acted as a puppet for the Americans: trying to punish Putin on behalf of America.
It is not even undercover news; this is the literal official story: Russia was mad that America is using oil as a political weapon, so it did the same but MBS jumped in; despite the world suffering from a virus outbreak.
Don't make the mistake of equalizing me with a maniac; a psychopath that pushed the world into a disaster. The problem is: thousands warned the world that he is mentally unstable, doesn't have the brain capacity to lead something so dangerous like OPEC negotiations. For God's sake he hacks journalists inside embassies in front of the whole world !
