KY will one day be the wonderful swarmy paradise it once was. +1 for global warming. You know this really is an interesting issue. We can't expect individual nations or the world as a whole to curb this stuff as the activities which lead to climate change directly translate into quality of life. We can argue unintended or unforeseen consequence, but in the end we have to be practical don't we? Climate Apocalypse, to me, is an unlikely scenario. I think that all of the proponents of this did a terrible disservice to the science behind it (in the same way as the recent faster than light fiasco). Anyone standing around when the water reaches their upper lip is a mouth breather.
