We can't have our cake and eat it too.
Looking at that list, I'm guessing that 90% of it applies to mankind in the last 100,000 years.
I think the real problem is life itself. Without it all those inherent problems go away also.
No matter whether it's 100,000 or yesterday what matters is the here and the now .And again simply dismissing it as "a life problem " is silly .
