To deny our bodies, for example. were designed, is to imply we are the result of uncountable accidents all happening at the right time, in the right order.
That's what the science says though. There were the building blocks of life, then replicators, then a stochastic process whereby organism became more complex according to their fit to the environment. This eventually lead to us. I'm skipping steps and not getting too technical, but you get the gist. You can't just say, "Humans are complex so therefore there was a creator." That dog won't hunt.
