He indeed did stockpile weapons; especially with the bridges of support given to him by the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

Haftar would never surrender until he is trialed and hopefully, he get sentenced by the worst sentence in the Libyan law.

As for my OP, the name of ISIS doesn't concern me, because there are other terrorists who are being inflated by the media -like Haftar for example-.

So, you agree that COVID-19 has NOT ‘stopped’ the Libyan Civil War. Good, that’s all I wanted.
