The dogs would probably be fine, I agree. But it’s a risk that shouldn’t be taken - some ants are toxic when eaten and some dogs have allergies.

As I understand it, arewe’s dogs are on the small side. Safer just to give them fresh, un-antified food.

I was going to use ‘un-ant-dulterated’, but I wasn’t sure it was a real word.
