Swarms of insects are natural, wind picking objects and even animals depending on wind speed and weight of the species, also natural, just like viruses and bacteria are natural. 

Theists wrongfully think when skeptics and or scientists call anything "natural" we mean good. In skeptic/science language we merely mean it is observable. Eartquakes, volcanos and black holes are all nasty things nobody wants affecting them, but there are very natural observations.

Turning the sky dark , Rivers of blood , Fuck raining frogs,Hail and Thunderstorms , Lice , none of these are Diseases . Let alone the Black Death . And even after Samuel gods still doing stuff like this .

And if Mo really wanted to impress he could have listed the symptoms and pointed out any number of the specific places the black death had already ravaged
