Yes, we are all ignorant of topics we are not familiar with. But in the age of science and google, one can at a minimum find the facts.

What are you saying - that people ignorant of basic astronomy shouldn’t be allowed to vote? That there should be a Basic Science Test administered before you go into the voting booth?

I am saying America needs to do better in educating kids at a young age.
