The giving of the wallet is not your choice, your choice is between maybe living or you will die. The thief will have the wallet one way or the other. This in no way resembles what God offers. God ask that you either choose to have a relationship with Him, in which He will receive the love He desires, and you will live in heaven or choose not to have a relationship with Him and He does not receive the love He desires and you will live in hell. The thief gets what he desires (wallet) no matter what you choose, God only gets what He desires if you choose a relationship with Him. If you say no you do not die and God does not receive what He desires. The example of the thief is in no way comparable to the offer God gives man.
Strange how an all powerful and PERFECT being cannot get what he wants.
Doesnt sound very perfect to me.
A perfect being does not force a choice on someone He will accept the choice made, even if it does not happen to be what He desires.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
