You do believe God exists, don't you? You're just angry at Him and don't understand.
This life isn't about finding happiness. It's about finding out whether or not you're on God's side. It's a pilgrimage.
That's why God doesn't heal amputees and why He doesn't give you a million dollars. He isn't a magician or a genie. And I doubt you'd respect Him more if He took on such roles. I suspect that you'd respect Him less if He did.
I apologize for the ugly things I've said to you and the other posters on this forum. But if you're interested in your true purpose, then you must turn to God.
LOL, no, I don't. I just told you I wasn't interested in your gods purpose...you quoted me...?
If your telling me that a god isn't a magician or a genie is supposed to mean that it's literally incapable...I think that you have a shit god.
If your telling me that god is not a magician or a genie is supposed to mean that it could, but doesn't...I think that you have a shit god.
If I could heal amputees, I would. I wouldn't care whether or not that made me a genie or a magician..and, frankly, I wouldn't care if it made anyone respect me. I'm sure that they'd thank god instead of me anyway, right after I performed the magic trick that he can't or won't do. I think that it's ludicrous to worship a being, real or imagined, that fails a test so simple and routine for human beings to succeed at.
