You ALWAYS shoot center mass. And shooting while running? It's a tough trick even in training. In R/L? I am amazed he connected.
No, they don’t ‘both own part of it’. The cop who shot was not, and could not have reasonably believed, that he was in imminent danger of death or serious injury. Brooks was running away and was shot in the back. Twice.
It’s almost as if the cop was thinking, ‘Golly, if I don’t get that taser back, they’ll make me pay for it.’
