Cops are trained to shoot center of mass cos ur only meant to use a firearm in a situation is threatening, right?
Shooting to disable would be a risk in a dangerous situation.
Bottom line is he shouldn't have pulled the trigger
So whats the deal with walking the tight rope, touching your nose and looking like a clown? Why when u can just say "blow into this"?
And can u make out what the cop says just before trying to cuff him?
