You think he doesn't look back with regret at firing those shots in the heat of the moment? Profoundly feeling he made a terrible error? Due to training fail and tazr theft factors amongst others? Or are you going to try and argue for some kind of monolithic free will paradigm whereby the shooting officer is 100% to blame?
