You're still trying to defend individual americans from accusations of racism, up above - but that is, as I just got through explaining, the propaganda of right wing nutters. The majority of americans harbor no individual antipathy, even if the majority of americans have been noted to express apathy which effects the same outcomes with less effort. Antipathy may have been required to form these usurious systems, but apathy is all that's required to maintain them.
