Systemic racism isn't white culture. It tends to express itself as whatever the majority ethnicity happens to be. It has it's own regional flavor anywhere you go. That racism is different in the us and the uk is a deepity. There are many ways that our countries express their differences. The thing that's the same everywhere we find systemic racism, are the "attitudes and behaviour that amount to discrimination through prejudice, ignorance, thoughtlessness and racist stereotyping which disadvantage minority ethnic people.". That's one of your silly english kaniggits explaining it, and it's clear that in all of the ways that matter, the US and The UK's racism is exactly alike. Those regional differences that can be accounted for in that yours has a decidedly colonial bent and ours as thoroughly mercantile only add to the irony here. Who do you think we were making all those textiles for, and how exactly did we, The White Man™ get here......
