I know a few grazers.

One of the big lies they lay on me is -"I can't stand the taste of meat".

Yeah.

Sure.

So -how come every six months or so - some wingnut comes up with a new plant based product that tastes like meat? Soy hamburger. Kale bacon. Wheatgerm extract chicken?

Does meat have taste of its own or is it all spices?

I eat meat mostly with no spices. If it's fish, like salmon, I use nothing. I like the taste of meat. It doesn't need a bunch of sauce on it.
