So -how come every six months or so - some wingnut comes up with a new plant based product that tastes like meat? Soy hamburger. Kale bacon. Wheatgerm extract chicken?
Seems if this stuff tasted better than meat - there would be a big market for meat that tastes like plants. Pork base beansprouts. Chicken base broccoli. Iguana spinach...
Not seeing these in the supermarket...
