Hardly. Considering the MZ twins share the vast majority of central environmental influences too (eg parenting, country, neighbourhood, schooling, DVDs etc etc etc) and the concordance rate is still just 40%, it would be fairly reasonable to deduce that genetics has an extremely negligible, if not entirely non-existent role in bringing about gender dysphoria.
