Guys, is the jury still out on the United Nations as to whether eating quiche is considered manly or not?

Quiche Loraine and crusty buttered bread is manly. If you use margarine instead of butter however, a trip to the transsexualism clinic is needed.

Twins (identical and fraternal) have been studied quite a bit, for a lot of conditions including sexual preference. While identical twins show a greater incidence of the same sexual preference than fraternal twins (even when raised in separate families), the jury is still out on genetic and environmental impact. They have looked at identical twin hormone levels also. Being identical is not a guarantee for identical levels. To tired to look for sources now. You'll need to vigorously frown at me.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
IIRC there is around a 50% concordance for monozygotic (identical) twins and homosexuality...checks wiki...yes! My memory has not been completely obliterated through substance misuse!

Broadly speaking, genes build the gun but don't pull the trigger. Therefore, identical twins can often exhibit vastly different preferences and behaviors, despite having identical genetic compositions.
That said, when statistics are calculated for most behavioral traits, you find that identical twins are more likely to share these traits than fraternal twins, which are more likely to share these traits then regular siblings, etc RE: Are you non-binary?

Considering the MZ twins share the vast majority of central environmental influences too (eg parenting, country, neighbourhood, schooling, DVDs etc etc etc) and the concordance rate is still just 40%, it would be fairly reasonable to deduce that genetics has an extremely negligible, if not entirely non-existent role in bringing about gender dysphoria. |
