At total random i wound up reading the article about the Colorado Wedding cake incident , And i gotta say the argument the baker uses to justify his discrimination is hilarious . Here are some quotes .

Yet you do make messages for weddings and you refused to do it only because the customer wanted it for a gay wedding . And having you write hate speech is equivalent to your writing a standard wedding message on a cake . This was discrimination plain and simple 

“It's just that I don't create cakes for every occasion they ask me to create,” he said.

“This cake is a specific cake, a wedding cake is an inherently religious event and the cake is definitely a specific message,” Phillips said, explaining his objection to making the wedding cake for the same-sex wedding.

Yup and they were asking for it for a wedding . A wedding cake is not inherently religious because in the united states gay people can marry and marriages can be conducted by secular authorities . So this is still discrimination .

Anti American or Anti gay are not equivalent to writing standard speech on wedding cake .As for the message it was congratulating two gay people getting married . The only reason you refuse to write it is because they are gay . That's discrimination plain and simple
