But in the original Constitution, prior to this act, there is nothing stopping the expansion or retraction. 

I am sure we cant trust Mitch Turtleman McTrumpdicksucker, to stick to his word in not confirming a POTUS like he did in denying Garland.

There’s also nothing in the Constitution that says you can’t murder people. That doesn’t mean there aren’t laws against it. And it’s important to remember that your last President who attempted to expand the SC was a hard-boiled Democrat who got his arse handed to him for his effort.
