Well again, it isn't impossible to expand or shrink the SCOTUS. There is nothing in the Constitution preventing the expansion of seats.

And what's to stop the next Republican President from expanding the number from 13 to 17?  Or 21?  Or whatever they want?  That's a dangerous road to go down.

Democrats need to stop worry about what the republicans may do to them in the futureM and worry about what they can do to make the Republicans pay more for what has been done to them in the past.

What the republican May do to them in the future becomes increasingly less daunting the higher the price the democrats exact for The republicans for what the republicans did to them in the past.

Exact the ultimate Political, and better yet, personal price from the republicans for what they did to the democrats in the past and never again would the democrats have to worry about what the republicans may do in the future.

But in the original Constitution, prior to this act, there is nothing stopping the expansion or retraction. 

I am sure we cant trust Mitch Turtleman McTrumpdicksucker, to stick to his word in not confirming a POTUS like he did in denying Garland.

There’s also nothing in the Constitution that says you can’t murder people. That doesn’t mean there aren’t laws against it. And it’s important to remember that your last President who attempted to expand the SC was a hard-boiled Democrat who got his arse handed to him for his effort.
