Christ our immortal savior, the mechanism is God's omniscience and omnipotence. The biology we have is insufficient, the change did come with the disobedience of Adam and Eve. Why would God leave traces of the old, no these bodies will die, Christ will resurrect those who accept who He is and we will enjoy eternity with Him. The evidence is coming, just be patient and you will see it, you will believe at that time if you do not before.
I think it disgusting that you would line up to profit from the murder of an innocent man who was set up to be murdered, by his own father no less, just for his own self aggrandizement.
