I would fault such a road intersection more on stupid road architecture, than particularly traffic laws and/or road sign placement. But whatcha gonna do? Change the road architecture? Gimme a break, I have vehicle insurance premiums to calculate based on statistical analysis of intersection-induced accidents. Dodgy

Just fucking change the road, somehow, and I suggest replacing it with a road roundabout, or something, based on the environment locality.
