Oh will you please stop. There is nothing wrong with me. This isn't an age thing. I have been a Klutz my entire life, even as kid and teen.

You take things way too seriously.  I was over exaggerating. The worst that would have happened is the glove would have melted and caused a smell and since I was sitting nearby I would have smelled it, and merely ruined the gloves.  I never go to sleep with the stovetop on.
