B) question his somewhat misguided understanding of scripture and question how he could possibly know such incredible things
C) edge a little further away, slightly concerned for your own safety but unable to stop yourself circling the tip of your index finger around your temple
D) Agree with him and continue a good conversation.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
