The bigger question is what does this have to do with atheism? If his point is that we can't disprove God because we don't know her then he is partially right because there are and will be invented many gods. But when it comes to Allah then that God is disproved because, among other things, heaven is not separated in spheres where you can arrive on a flying donkey and walk around; there are no jinns, Noah's flood couldn't have happened, Adam didn't exist, and so on.
