America has a political system that is composed of two wings:
1-The oligarchs (most are Republicans)
2-The Deep State (AKA The Military Industrial Complex; most are Democrats).

The Deep State does exist, as it does exist in any system in this world: any system would have "elites" that will try to shift it and change it to act in their favor.

Even this forum has a Deep State, facing an Oligarchy of members who donated !
It's very natural, what is not natural is claiming that it doesn't exist.
