A sitting president wanting pre-emptive pardons for his spawn.  No, that's not an admission of their guilt.  Such utter bullshit.

Speculation that President Donald Trump will issue pardons before he leaves office for members of his family or other supporters raises a question about whether pardons can be issued pre-emptively — that is, before someone is charged with a crime.

What Biden would need to do in that case is grow some balls, give federal investigators the backing to investigate anf then find a judge willing to uphold the rule of law. And when the "supreme" "court" objects to the Trump family serving multiple life sentences despite Dumbfuck's self-pardonnning write whats his face a short letter:
"John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!"

Let whats his face know that a court without legitimacy, a court that aids and abets criminality, is a court in name only and will be treated accordingly.
