Working as intended. It's his job to ramble and be boring. Neither trump nor the gop wants anyone watching this. They would very much like for the senate to say that nobody gets the opportunity to hear him ramble and be boring. Honestly, the case he's trying to make is straight up distilled trumpism. He's insisting that if the former president is held accountable now, then specific elements of the republican party or the rising qanon caucus will enact political revenge in 2022 and 2024.
