And, so, individuals who suffer a stroke, resulting in Broca's Aphasia are all simply choosing to remain silent and babble instead?

Medical issues are your way of proving that nobody has free will?  

Also, my point was that you cannot speak for everyone else.  You seem to be pretty sure everybody agrees with you.
