Fair enough, looks like I was misinformed to a degree, although in truth the reports RE the victim being pregnant are conflicting - nothing you've linked to says she WAS NOT pregnant, and is there really much difference between holding a gun to somebody's abdomen and verbally threatening to fire? Not really much, says I. Jesus' "crimes" were less...er...obvious? Violent? Brutal? Despicable? Something like that, than Floyd's, at least by today's standards.
2. Yes there is a difference.
3.Whether his crimes were more brutal is irrelevant he was still a criminal and whipping people is pretty brutal.
