Now, now. Every one knows that incumbent President or Prime minister should be able to everything at once straight away. That's why they were voted in, surely?

This isn't a "he just got in office, give him some time" situation. Democrats and Republicans do not differ much in this area. I expect Biden to continue supplying authoritarian regimes with the weapons required to murder innocents, and of course assist in murdering civilians with our own drone program.
