Minorities don't commit more crimes, they don't even appear to commit more crimes. They're more heavily policed. This is a known known. You could fill an entire prison with the narcotics charges you'd net if you dredged a gated community. This is exactly what the anxiously white fear. Being treated like the other guy, because they know the outcome of that.
The only reason I'm not in prison is because I'm white and grew up in a town where the only policing was speed traps on the highway.
From age 16 to 21 I almost always had weed, speed, and/or meth on me. Not once was I ever stopped randomly on the street. Not once was I ever arrested. I once walked past a cop with an 8-ball on me and they just waved and smiled.
I know for a fact that if I had a darker skin tone and grew up in a more heavily policed area, I'd be serving years in prison instead.
If you had the skin tone of Neil Degrasse Tyson under your own parameters, you'd be doing hard time.
